In celebration of the 35th anniversary of the American Composers Forum, this video gives a taste of the memorable experience I had composing my "Alaskan Symphony" for the Kenai Peninsula Orchestra and choir through the American Composers Forum in conjunction with the National Endowment for the Arts for the Continental Harmony Project in Alaska. Gratitude to all especially Carey Nadeau, Mark Robinson, Music Director of the Kenai Peninsula Orchestra and Choirs, Laura Norton, coordinator of the event, and Heather Beggs, director of the Pratt Museum, without whom this would never have taken place! "Animalogy" for woodwind quintet is the second movement of "An Alaskan Symphony".
