Last season's finale can be heard live on WMNR radio on Sunday, October 14, 2012 at 3 p.m. The ECSO and ECSO Chorus combine forces for Ralph Vaughan Williams, "A Sea Symphony." Joining the orchestra and chorus are Amanda Hall, soprano and David Pershall, baritone. Conductor for the performance is ECSO Music director and conductor, Toshiyuki Shimada. Chorus was prepared by Mark Singleton.

Centered around Britten’s original manuscript sources and due for completion in 2013 to coincide with the centenary of the composer’s birth, this unique and ambitious project will create a publicly available, fully integrated online resource presenting – for the first time – a complete chronological set of individual records spanning Britten’s entire output both published and unpublished, including all juvenilia. Entries will provide detailed information on each work along with links to numerous additional resources, notably incipit and manuscript source information.
