Gregorio Robino, Cello

Born in La Plata in Argentina, Gregorio Robino escaped the military junta with his parents early on. He found refuge, grew up, and discovered the cello in France. He was awarded two "Premiers Prix a l'Unanimite" at the CNR d'Aubervilliers-la Corneuve, both for cello (in the studio of Miliau Faure) and for chamber music (in the studio of Jacques Saint-Yves).
