Newly formed as the Quartet-in-Residence at the Chamber Music Society of Mexico, the Pialli Quartet is a fusion of two critically acclaimed string quartets: the Cavani Quartet and the Linden Quartet. Both groups have dedicated their artistic careers to performing chamber music at the highest level. They have shared their passion for chamber music with students and audiences all over the world. The artists of the Pialli Quartet have performed in the most prestigious concert halls, including Carnegie Hall, the Kennedy Center, Muziekcentrum de Ijsbreker in Amsterdam, and the Festival of L'Epau in the South of France. Additionally, they have garnered recognition as top-prize winners at some of the most important chamber music competitions, such as the Naumburg, Fischoff, Coleman, and the Concert Artists Guild competitions. Through their deep empathy, interpretive fervor, and passion for teaching chamber music, these artists bring a rich capacity to communicate between races and nationalities. Their principal goal is to act as ambassadors of this incredible art form, in order to share their love of chamber music with whomever will listen. Pialli is a greeting in Náhuatl that means, "I carry you in my heart."
