Doctor of Musical Arts, Krakow Music Academy (Poland), Graduated from the Frederic Chopin Academy of Music in Warsaw, where he earned two Master of Arts degrees in 1976 and 1977. Completed additional studies in Holland at Maastricht Conservatory and also in US at MichiganStateUniversity. Mr. Rozbicki began his professional career as a conductor in 1977 in Warsaw. In 1981  Polish Orchestra directed by Mr. Rozbicki received second and third place in the World Musical Competitions in Kerkrade, Holland. In 1983 he received second prize on Janitsajarfestivalen in Hamar, Norway. In 1984 Mr. Rozbicki conducted Bremen Symphony Orchestra.

Mr. Rozbicki came to Canada in 1985. From that time to date he works for the education system. At present he is a teacher at Toronto's BishopMarrocco/ThomasMertonHigh School. Mr. Rozbicki organized the Brampton Symphony Orchestra and was their conductor for five years.

Since 1985 he successfully works with several choirs in Canada. At the present time Mr. Rozbicki works with a newly created choir "Polonia Singers" as well as with the professional group "Celebrity Symphony Orchestra." These groups performed several musical spectacles such as "Ludzmierz Vespers" and "The Polish Tenors", "Golden Voices". In August 2000 he was a guest conductor at XXIX Jan Kiepura's Festival Krynica in Poland.

In May 1998 during the forty-fifth convention and competitions of Polish Singers Alliance in America in Chicago, the Toronto's choir "Polonia Singers", under Mr. Rozbicki's direction, won Three First Place Honors and he himself was recognized as the Best Choir Director. In that same year, he was named an honorary member of the Polish Singers Alliance of America, the oldest cultural organization of Polonia in North America.

For his long-term work, in the field of music and culture, Mr. Rozbicki received many citations. In 1991, he was awarded the "Merit to Polish Culture" medal. The Markowski Foundation in Canada recognized him in 1996 as "The Man of the Year" in Canada. In 1999 Mr. Rozbicki was awarded Senate of Canada "Award of Merit" and in 2000 Mayor's Toronto Millenium Award. In 2001 Polish Combatants in Canada presented him with Gold Combatants Award and in 2003 he was awarded "Polish Community Entertainer of the Year". In March 2006 A. Rozbicki was awarded  by  President Republic of Poland "Knight's Order of Polonia Restituta" and Gold Honorary Award by Polish Congress in Canada. In May 2006  University of Toronto (OISE) Award  "Outstanding Associate Teacher Award 2005-2006" -Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) University of Toronto.  2007 - Award "Pro Memoria". Andrzej Rozbicki was recently (October 2011) honoured with the silver medal "Gloria Artis" by the Polish Ministry of Culture and National Heritage.
