The offer to download the concert for free does not work. The concert cannot be saved as a MP3 zip file, what is saved is "MyDownloads.htm"

I've sent you an email with instructions (the download link should be LEFT clicked, not a right click and then "save as"). If you continue to have problems please let us know.

A left click on the link only allows the file to be saved as .htm not .zip

Hello Normtown,

I'm curious what web browser you're using? I've tried IE, Firefox, and Safari and they seem to work okay for me.

I have solved it. The problem was in using MSN Premium Explorer browser. It will only save the file in .htm format. I switched to Firefox 3.07 and IE 7 and was able to save the file in .zip format. I am using Windows Vista OS.
