InstantEncore makes quarterly payments to Partners for revenue that they have generated using InstantEncore (for example by selling downloads or online donations). If a partner has a balance of more than $20 after any quarter, InstantEncore will send a check by mail to the address specified in the Account section of the Partner Control Panel. It is the Partner's responsibility to keep this information up to date. Checks will be sent out in the month following the end of the payment period. The payment periods are as follows:

If the Partner's account does not have a balance of more than $20 the balance will be rolled over to the next payment period.

If the Partner is a 501c3 organization they can use InstantEncore to receive donations. It is the Partner's responsibility to provide the donor any appropriate tax information. To see a list of donors and their contact information please go to the Reports section of the Partner Control Panel.

There are no fees to sign up or use InstantEncore. However, there is a service charge for online transactions such as digital music sales and donations.

• Digital Music Sales - Revenue from the sale of music on InstantEncore is split 70/30, with Partners receiving 70% and InstantEncore receiving 30%.
• Donations - There is a 9% service fee for donations processed by InstantEncore.
