These instructions are for recording engineers or other personel who will be uploading audio to InstantEncore.com. It is assumed that the album (artist, work, and track information) has already been created.

IMPORTANT: The InstantEncore partner will need to provide the recording engineer with the account Username and Password so that they may access the uploading tools.

The music files need to be uploaded as MP3s. InstantEncore recommends a bitrate of 256 kbps.

1. Go to www.instantencore.com.
2. Click the "Login" link in the top right corner.
3. Login with the username and password provided to you by the musician or organization.
4. Click the "Control Panel" link in the top right.
5. Click "Music" in the "Digital Assets" section.
6. Choose the appropriate album.
7. From the menu on the left choose "Upload Audio"
8. Browse to each file on your computer (you may upload more than one track at once) and then click the "Upload" button.
9. Please be patient during the upload. There should be a progress bar at the bottom of the page. An hour of music may take 30 minutes to upload.

The album will not be visible to the public until its status is "Online". To change the album status:

1. From the menu on the left choose "Status".
2. Choose the "Online" option.

Users will not be able to redeem their download codes until the code status is "Online". To change the code status:

1. From the menu on the left choose "Checklist"
2. In the checklist, choose "Manage codes" (it should be the only red one left)
3. Choose the appropriate Code
4. Click "Change Status"
5. Choose "Online"
