Download Cards are a great way to share a download code with fans. They are the size of business cards (approximately 2" x 3.5"), and can be printed in color on both sides. Typically, the front of the card has a graphic chosen by you and the back has your download code and instructions about how to redeem the code.

You must create an image for the front of the card. The InstantEncore logo will be placed on along the left edge of the card with your image filling the remaining space of the card. The specs for your image are:

• 918px wide X 638px height
• 300 dpi
• Bleed Size 1/16" - Background images and colors should extend all the way to the edges
• Keep all important text and images at least 40px from the edge of the image so that they aren't cut off when the cards are cut
• Upload as JPG or PNG file

InstantEncore can automatically create the card back for you with your code and instructions for your fans about how to get their downloads. This is the recommended option.

If you would like to create a custom Card Back you can upload your own image. The image must include the code and similar instructions to the default Card Back. The specs for the custom back image are:

• The following instructions must be on the image:
  • Download this music for free at www.instantencore.com/YourUrl
  • Enter your code in the upper right hand corner: YourCodeHere
• 1088px wide X 638px height - This is wider than the Card Front because the InstantEncore logo will not be on the Card Back!
• 300 dpi
• Bleed Size 1/16" - Background images and colors should extend all the way to the edges
• Keep all important text and images at least 40px from the edge of the image so that they aren't cut off when the cards are cut
• Upload as JPG or PNG file

InstantEncore recommends contacting Ben Leggatt (designer@davidbendesigns.com or (704) 615-8618) if you would like a professional graphics artist to design your card. The charge is $50 per card and the images will be designed in 3 days. For an extra fee you may place a rush order.

Ben works independently from InstantEncore and will invoice you separately from InstantEncore. After he has designed your card he will email you the images. You will then be responsible for placing the order for cards on InstantEncore.

When contacting Ben please provide the following information:

• Hi-resolution image(s) for the front of the card
• A tag line or other text to be used for the front of the card
• Text for the back of the card (in addition to the required instructions)
• Sponsor logo to include on the back of the card
• Any additional instructions

The cost of cards depends on the number of cards you order and how quickly they must be delivered. Order your cards as early as possible to keep your costs lower.

The following example is based on if the order is placed on Monday before 4:00pm PST. If you place your order on another business day, adjust the days below accordingly.

Note: Please allow one additional business day for orders placed in December.

Monday	If ordered today by cutoff time (4:00pm PST) First night of the printing process.
Tuesday	Cut and processed. Tracking label is created. The order goes out for delivery.
Wednesday	DAY 1 OF SHIPPING! (If you ordered Next Day Shipping, the package will be delivered today.)
Thursday	DAY 2 OF SHIPPING! (If you ordered 2nd Day Shipping, the package will be delivered today.)
Friday	DAY 3 OF SHIPPING!
Saturday	All orders received will be processed Monday.
Sunday	All orders received will be processed Monday.

Ground: Will be delivered within 5 business days after printing (excluding Saturday and Sunday) depending on the shipping destination.

Before you can order cards you must create a Download Code Campaign. After creating your campaign, click the "Order Cards" link from the menu on the left. To create and manage your Download Code Campaigns go to the "Download Code Campaign" section of the Control Panel.
