You have three options:

• iPhone OS: Your mobile Application is covered by all Apple devices running the iPhone OS. This includes the iPhone, iPod Touch, and the iPad.
• Android OS: Your mobile Application will be supported by all Android devices.
• Mobile Website: This is your Website designed for mobile browsers and is supported by any mobile device with Internet. This includes Android, Blackberry, iPhone, and Palm Pre.

Simply go to your secure InstantEncore Control Panel, upload the specified images, select your color, enter your credit card number and that is it!

For the iPhone App – You can set the date that you wish for your iPhone App to be available in the App store. In most cases Apple takes just a few days to approve your App.

For the Android App – Your App is approved within a day. You may set the date for your App to be available.

For the Mobile Web App – Your App is approved within a day. You may set the date for your App to be available.

You already have a great deal of content for your App. This is an extension of what you are already doing, just put into the mobile space! We are here to help you coordinate things if needed but most people set everything up quickly on their own. Here is a snapshot of what can be in your App.

• Video – A quick list and details view of videos featuring from YouTube

Your App is managed through your secure InstantEncore Control Panel through our Digital Asset Management System. It is super easy-to-use. Any content currently featuring you on InstantEncore and any content added in the future will automatically update in real time in your App. After initial set-up, your App will virtually manage itself and constantly be current and fresh.

For Example:

• Have a YouTube Channel? Tag your channel into your control panel and any video already on your Channel, and any video you add in the future will automatically be in your App in real time.
• Our auto-crawler also goes through hundreds of RSS feeds daily and tags news, blogs, and podcasts related to you. This latest information will automatically add this to your App without you having to do any work. Additionally, your own blogs and podcasts are automatically set up to feed into your App.

Yes! Many organizations are attracting mobile sponsors and have attracted new money for this specific purpose.

Where can you feature a sponsor?

• On each music page there is space to feature the sponsor’s name and touch-through advertising to the sponsor’s website.
• You can feature a sponsor’s name or logo in your splash screen artwork (iPhone & Android only).
• You can embed a streaming announcement at the start of your music or video thanking a sponsor.

Yes! You can send messages directly to each Fan's phone via Push Notifications. Please note - Push Notification is available for iPhone & Android platforms. Fans can opt in to receive Push Notifications.

A little bit of new content on a regular basis goes a long way! Music streaming, new video and podcasts are most popular with mobile Fans. We encourage you to spread your content out as necessary to release something new on a schedule. This is proving VERY effective.

For example:

• The New York Philharmonic has created a robust mobile Fan following by uploading a new full program for complete streaming each Friday. Fans have become accustomed to new music in their mobile App and return again and again. In fact, some Fans even complain if the new music is not uploaded by Friday afternoon!
