What is Push Notification?
Push Notification is a feature that allows you to send a custom message to the users
of your Fan App. Users will see a short message from you and with one tap on the
message, your app will launch. This is a great way to promote content that is valuable
to your Fans.
When should I use Push Notifications?
Listening to your music is something your Fans love! Now when you put new music
online, you can let them know about it instantly. We encourage you to send Push
Notification whenever you add content that is particularly interesting for Fans.
How do I use Push Notifications?
From your secure Control Panel go to Platforms --> iPhone App --> Push Notifications.

- Push to your Fans
Will everybody with my Fan App get this message?
To receive a Push Notification, your Fan's device needs to be connected to a network
at the time the Push Notification is sent, or shortly thereafter. Some Fans may
have chosen to “opt-out” of receiving Push Notifications from your App on their
device and will not receive messages that you send.
How do Fans “opt-in” or “opt-out” of Push Notifications?
In the future - when Fans install your App, they will be asked if they would like
to “Allow” or “Don't Allow” Push Notifications from your App. After this, they will
need to go into their iPhone/iTouch “Settings” and choose “Push Notifications” to
make changes.
