Oakland Civic Orchestra
The Oakland Civic Orchestra, led by Artistic Director Martha Stoddard and Associate Conductor Kate McLoughlin, provides free classical music to our community. We are a volunteer community orchestra bringing together musicians of all ages and backgrounds to share in the joy and magic of music-making. We rely on funding from the City of Oakland Office of Parks and Recreation, donations from the public, and membership dues.
