On March 28—during American Mavericks at Carnegie Hall—Michael Tilson Thomas and the San Francisco Symphony perform A Concord Symphony, based on Charles Ives's "Concord" Sonata and orchestrated by Henry Brant.

They first performed the work in February 2010. At that time, Michael Tilson Thomas introduced the piece on video.
