Adam Crane and
Charlie Chaplin's Tramp had a lot of fun at the
studios of Fox 2 on Wednesday morning. It's a lively place over there. Before Adam and the
Tramp went on, Tim Ezell was capturing an escaped kitten. I have no idea what
that segment was about. The folks at Fox 2 also came up with some clever "Where's
Charlie?" ideas of there own. Here
is the clip. Click.
After Fox 2, Adam and the
Tramp headed to The J, aka the St.
Louis Jewish Community Center, for the
next "Where's Charlie?" promotion stop with Charlie Brennan on KMOX. The Tramp
did a tour of the place, checked out
the exercise equipment--discovered it
was best for reclining--and handed out City
Lights flyers.
He saw a woman walking up the
flight of stairs to the fitness
facility, and noticed that she was climbing those stairs with some effort and
even more perseverance. When she reached the
top of the stairs she raised her
head and sighed from the exertion.
Then she saw the Tramp. "Charlie
Chaplin!" she cried, her smile beaming. And they
embraced.
Tune in to Charlie Brennan on KMOX 1120AM, and find out "Where's
Charlie?" Thursday at 10:10am and Friday at 9:50am.
