The Children and the Arts Foundation aims to encourage young people to come into contact with the arts of all kinds. Many may have no experience of music or theatre or dance in their daily lives for all sorts of reason, being it georgraphical, economic or social reasons. It has several strands to its work. Ruthin Arts Centre is on its Start programme. Education Officer elen Bonner explains what that means.
