The Art of Bryn Terfel

I was on a visit in London many years ago, and I loved the huge number of concerts I was able to enjoy. I recall going to the Wigmore Hall for a chamber music concert; when the concert ended, I noticed an announcement of a future concert with a singer’s name that I did not know at that time. The name was Bryn Terfel.

By now, of course Bryn Terfel is one of Britain’s best-loved singers, as comfortable in popular musical repertoire as he is in the great roles of opera. Deutsche Grammophon recently released this 2-CD collection.
