I was at the Teseo rehearsal this afternoon - a run through of the first half - Acts 1-3 of this 5 act opera. This is a wonderful piece and will be a major vocal fest.
I then went on to our Board meeting, and thereafter to the St John Passion. And I am now at home late and hungry and rather impatient to go to sleep. Sufficient to say for now that it was a day of many musical pleasures upon which I will elaborate tomorrow morning.
